Silicone bag should be fully submerged in water and not touch the bottom or sides of the pot.
DO NOT place the removable clasps in boiling water. Withstands -4°F to 150°F (-20°C to 65°C)with clasps attached. Withstands -40°F to 392°F (-40°C to 200°C)without clasps attached.
